How To Use

Application of 1 to 2 drops around each nostril twice a day is usually recommended and is extremely safe to use. Just take a drop on your finger or cotton bud and massage it into skin.

Rich in Essential Fatty Acids and Vitamin A & E, Black Seed Sesame is a powerful antioxidant, fighting free radical damage. Used extensively in Ayurveda for skin, hair and body care, sesame is a delightfully warming, enriching and nurturing oil. Called a Yogavaha, sesame unites its own properties with the properties of the essential oils it carries, enhancing them further. It is an oil that does not turn rancid and helps to absorb good prana and Vitamin D from the atmosphere.
