Use alone or as the first step in a double cleanse. Apply a small amount over dry skin on the face and neck, using light, large circular motions. Remove with a warm, damp cloth, then rinse with warm water.
To remove eye makeup, use with a damp cotton pad, gently wiping from side to side.
