  • How To Use

    For optimum results we recommend following the below sleep ritual at home, over consecutive evenings before bed.

    Apply a thin layer of our Blissful Sleep Massage Blend oil all over your body or on the nape of the neck, navel and feet. Best applied after showering.

    Pat dry your face followed by a light misting with Pure Rose Hydrosol. Follow this by taking 2 to 6 drops of Facial Blend to connect to the aroma and gently massage onto the skin. OPTIONAL: You can then follow with your preferred Subtle Energies Facial Moisturiser. 

    Then take your Sleep Easy Nasya Oil and apply a drop with your finger in each nostril as this oil further activates the sleep hormones and lines your nasal mucosa. 

    Remove your Blissful Sleep Inhalation Patch and take out the front foil to activate and release the aromatic concentrate. Then remove the plastic backing and adhere to your décolletage or to your nightwear for the best results. For optimum results apply patch one hour before sleep.

    Queen of Jasmines, Mogra is slightly more astringent than the common Jasmine and lighter in aroma. A cytophylactic substance, ie it is a cell renewer, enabling the skin to regenerate and repair and promotes collagen synthesis. With rejuvenating and cooling properties to the skin, it is used for smoothing blemishes, pigmentation issues and also for instances of mild rosacea and redness. Mogra is known as the oil of joy and is highly beneficial easing stress and anxiety, calming the senses.

    Kewda

    Beneficial in skin care and a known adaptogen, kewda adds a radiant glow to the skin and also is great for assisting to balance the body’s stresses. Farida calls this ‘the dream oil’.Kewda’s aroma is very sensual and euphoric to smell and it is a versatile oil to use when wanting to relax after a hard days work or when needing a lift to get going in the corporate world.
